How do I get a return/exchange?
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange. Once approved, you will receive additional instructions on creating a label to send the product back.
What items can I return/exchange?
To be eligible for returns/exchange:
- A request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable
Are there any charges for return/exchange?
We offer free return shipping for all orders in the contiguous US and free shipping for one exchange on each product purchased. Shipping costs for additional exchanges beyond the first will be covered by the customer.
We do not offer free returns or exchanges for orders outside of the contiguous US (including Alaska, Hawaii, and all US territories). International and non-contiguous US returns or exchanges must be arranged and covered by the customer. Please contact support@andrewmafootwear.com for more information.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through email the approval of your refund. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method. In most cases, you will receive your refund within 12 business days from when you ship back your return item (estimate is for within contiguous US).
