How do I request a return/exchange?

To start a return request,

1. Click on the profile icon in the store's navigation, or here.
2. Log in to your account:
• In the Email field, enter the email address you used to place your order, and then click Continue. 
• Check your email and copy the six-digit verification code.
• Return to the online store and enter your six-digit verification code.
3. Click Request return on the order that you want to submit the return for.
4. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) that you want to return.
5. Select a return reason and add an (optional) note.
6. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions to complete your return. After the product is returned, you will receive the refund back to your original payment within 12 business days.

 *Please note that all returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

To start an exchange request, 

1. Follow the same steps 1 - 4 as a return request. 
2. When selecting a return reason, please select "Other" and add a note explicitly stating "Exchange" along with the size you would like to exchange for. Please note we will not be able to complete your exchange request without this information!
3. Click Request return.

If your exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.
